The New Product Operations Manager at Apple plays a crucial role in the development and launch of new products. The manager will work within Worldwide Operations and interface with core product development and engineering teams. • 8+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Development or Operations Engineering, and Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field such as Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, or similar
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment
• Excellent program management and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to establish relationships and take action

• Plan and execute all development builds and rapid ramps of new products
• Coordinate various Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing Process & Quality engineering and CM's for NPI builds and ramp readiness activities
• Drive a systematic phase gate approach to NPI development and program management
• Drive detailed schedules for key NPI equipment buy-off and validation
• Constantly assess risk and prioritize program critical activities
