Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Hardware Technologies team to enhance power, performance, and thermal feature convergence across hardware and software. This role focuses on optimizing customer experience through efficient power usage and performance within product limits. The EPM will lead investigations into complex silicon and system debugs, culminating in executive-level reviews. This position encompasses the silicon readiness and post-silicon phases of the product lifecycle, including validation and mass-production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in SoC design, silicon, and system debug or validation.
- Experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership.
- Ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of technical issues.
- Proficiency in core engineering program management principles.
Responsibilities
- Drive power, performance, and thermal feature convergence across hardware and software.
- Lead investigations for sophisticated silicon and system debugs.
- Conduct executive-level reviews of power, performance, and thermal designs.
- Support silicon readiness and post-silicon phases of the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate HW/SW control feature integration and validation.
