The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, partnering with leaders and diverse team members to ensure high standards in software initiatives. This position involves project planning, execution, and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software project or product management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships and influence others.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills tailored to multiple audiences.

  • Experience shipping machine learning-powered products.
  • A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of running a cloud service end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, and milestones.
  • Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
  • Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies.
  • Proactively identify risks to software delivery and develop mitigation strategies.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
