The Audio Software EPM team at Apple is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of project managers focused on delivering innovative audio developer frameworks and OS features. This role involves hiring, coaching, and inspiring the team while collaborating with various departments to enhance audio APIs and customer features. The manager will also work on improving project delivery processes and developing a software and hardware roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing features or projects from concept through delivery
• 2+ years of managing project managers and experience in managing people managers
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
• Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage comprehensive project status updates
• Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience with leading and improving existing and developing new engineering processes at scale
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and equivalent experience
