The Creator Studio team at Apple is looking for a highly skilled ML Engineer to join a new engineering team focused on developing innovative on-device ML and AI tools. This role involves collaboration with human interface designers, quality assurance teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to enhance user interfaces and project planning. The engineer will play a key role in defining and implementing agentic AI features in Creator Studio applications. This is an opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and impactful project in the creative space.

• 5+ years of proven experience developing and shipping reliable, scalable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience delivering products in Multimodal-LLMs/Foundation models, Generative AI, Machine Learning or related areas.
• Proven track record in training, evaluating, and deploying multimodal large language models / foundational models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ and one of the deep learning toolkits such as PyTorch, JAX, or Tensorflow.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Core ML, Swift, and iOS/macOS machine learning development.
• Experience optimizing models and algorithms that run efficiently on resource constrained platforms.
• Strong patent and publication record at top conferences.

• Develop new and innovative on-device ML and AI tools in the creative space.
• Collaborate with human interface designers and quality assurance teams.
• Define and implement key agentic AI features in Creator Studio applications.
