Job description

The Program Manager will join the Hardware Engineering's Operations team, focusing on high-impact initiatives related to resource management, particularly labor and workspaces. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience driving multiple, complex programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong background in analytics and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program management experience, including 2+ years in Labor Planning, Workplace Planning, or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience operating in engineering environments with an understanding of technical dependencies.
  • Extensive expertise in analytics and data-driven strategy.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
