The Siri Integration Engineer role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of Siri across all Apple platforms. This position involves coordinating submissions, managing CI/CD systems, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and program management teams. Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of related industry experience.
- Expert command of git, including branching models and conflict resolution.
- Direct experience designing or improving a CI/CD system in a multi-project environment.
- Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Python and Bash.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large repository portfolio with 50+ repos.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate submissions and maintain CI/CD systems for Siri integration.
- Make judgment calls under deadline pressure with incomplete information.
- Drive process changes through a resistant organization.
- Communicate risks clearly to partners with different definitions of 'done'.
- Triage multi-project build and integration failures and communicate root causes.
- Take ownership and drive projects to completion.
