• Familiarity with the SDLC of a customer-facing product, particularly in the data, analytics, payments, and/or financial technology space.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance risks and benefits.
• Clear and effective presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to actively participate in technical design brainstorming sessions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced PMO environment.
• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional internal organizations.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies.

• Manage projects and support the roadmap execution for the Cash program.
• Partner directly with teams across the Engineering organization and cross-functional groups.
• Drive the scoping, planning, execution, and launch of key initiatives.
• Ensure teams stay aligned and projects are delivered on time.
• Track execution, identify and escalate risks, and facilitate delivery processes.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable project plans.
• Navigate an environment of ambiguity and guide project teams toward successful delivery.
