Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or engineering program support.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with operational tools such as Excel, Tableau, and workflow or procurement systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience in R&D operations or technical environments with complex procurement requirements.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements using data.
  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage build matrix and material forecasting.
  • Conduct Clear to Build (CTB) analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure logistic readiness and troubleshoot issues.
