Apple is seeking a passionate Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead complex programs across the Contact Center Technologies platform. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of initiatives and requires expertise in technical program management within a cross-functional business environment. The ideal candidate will drive multi-workstream initiatives and collaborate with engineers and teams to enhance customer interactions. The position emphasizes problem-solving, user experience, and process excellence.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of technical program/project management experience in technology environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and associated tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of GenAI tools in all phases of the SDLC.
- Solid understanding of contact center technology and customer service stack.
- Strong command of program governance frameworks including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and SOW negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional time-zone distributed team environment.
- Understanding of contact center-specific data flows and analytics pipelines.
- Ability to read and reason about system architectures and API contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex programs across the Contact Center Technologies platform.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects related to contact center features.
- Conduct business requirements analysis and technical design discussions.
- Identify bottlenecks and analyze systems for performance and reliability.
- Deliver scalable and intuitive solutions to enhance customer connections.
- Employ innovative techniques during the full lifecycle development process.
- Become the Product Champion and manage product evolution.
- Define and own the multi-year product roadmap.
