• 8+ years of experience working with Spark and other distributed data technologies such as Hadoop, Presto, Flink, and Druid.
• Highly proficient in at least one of Java, Python, or Scala.
• Deep expertise in Data Principles, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Conceptually familiar with AWS cloud resources like S3, EC2, and RDS.
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience building stream-processing applications using technologies like Apache Flink or Spark-Streaming.
