• Minimum 5 years of networking experience
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with C and C++
• Understanding of packet analysis and wiretraces
• Experience with wireless protocols
• Experience with Thread, Zigbee, and WiFi

• Work with test labs and engineering teams to drive key metrics
• Build and maintain reliable network sizes while accommodating increased traffic
• Profile the network to identify problems and solutions
• Implement and test solutions to improve network performance
