The Creativity Apps QA team is seeking a Software Developer in Test Manager to lead and mentor a team focused on delivering high-quality releases for iOS/macOS and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video editing and innovative tools for creative professionals. This role involves managing multiple projects, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring the adoption of the latest testing methodologies. The manager will also act as a liaison between the QA team and other stakeholders to communicate risks and progress effectively.

• 3+ years in a QA leadership role managing a team.
• 7+ years of experience in a Software Quality Engineering role.
• Strong experience in testing mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related subject area, or equivalent industry experience.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with programming languages such as Swift, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven ability to attract, hire, and develop top engineering talent.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing standards and best practices.
• Experience in video/photo editing technologies or a passion for creative tools.
• Experience with performance, scalability, and security testing.
• Strong knowledge of Apple's development ecosystem, including Xcode and Instruments.

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Development Engineers in Test.
