Job description
The Video Computer Vision org at Apple is seeking a 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer to advance their real-time on-device Computer Vision and Machine Perception technologies. This role involves collaborating with a team of passionate researchers and engineers to develop algorithms for spatial media and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3DCV, rendering techniques, and machine learning, and will be responsible for bringing innovative algorithms from research to product. A culture of learning and exploration is highly valued within the team.
Requirements
- Proficient in C/C++, CUDA or other GPGPU technologies
- Expertise in at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax
- Solid foundation in 3D graphics and computer vision
- Understanding of machine learning technology
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Swift programming knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Passion for cutting-edge AI and spatial computing technologies
