Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Frontend Engineer to develop web-based annotation tools using React and TypeScript. This role focuses on creating responsive, high-quality interfaces that enhance annotator productivity globally. The ideal candidate will value design quality and collaborate closely with product and design teams. You will lead the design and development of sophisticated annotation tools that integrate intelligent AI features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling production web applications in React and TypeScript.
- Expertise with modern frontend build tools and styling frameworks such as Vite, Webpack, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proven ability to translate design specifications into pixel-perfect UI implementations.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and end-users.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience designing or implementing multi-tool or modular frontend systems.
- Expertise building annotation, labeling, or complex data-visualization tools.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or SDKs into frontend applications.
- Strong performance optimization skills in data-heavy, real-time, or media-rich web applications.
- Experience developing or maintaining shared design systems or component libraries.
- Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding tasks.
Responsibilities
