Job description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with experience in RF hardware, RF software, or antenna design.
- Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and communications theory.
- Experience programming in C/C++ with good object-oriented design principles.
- Good understanding of RF metrics and knowledge of cellular standards including LTE and 5G.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in RF hardware, RF software, or antenna design.
- Recent experience with RF test and calibration automation.
- Hands-on experience with RF/Wireless lab equipment like call box testers and spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with data processing and statistical tools.
- Experience and understanding of antenna/OTA measurements.
