Job description

The Siri Team is seeking a candidate to enhance Siri's capabilities through innovative technology and user-focused design. This role involves collaborating with software and machine learning engineers to improve Siri's intelligence and accuracy. The candidate will work on core machine learning algorithms and systems that enable Siri to understand and respond to user requests. A strong programming background and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences are essential.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in object oriented programming such as Swift, C++, or Objective-C
  • Excellent algorithm and data structure skills, including time and space complexity analysis
  • Ability to quickly learn and modify a large, existing code base
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • A B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with voice assistant technologies or conversational AI systems
  • Background in signal processing, natural language processing, or related fields
