Requirements

- Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and project life cycles.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional programs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Define and implement policies and processes for program management.
- Collaborate with DRIs and stakeholders to manage workflows and prioritize initiatives.
- Provide program updates and communicate risks to leadership.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
