The Test Management Program Manager will join Apple's Business Process Re-engineering group to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of tests for projects within the Operations organization. This role focuses on managing the release of new capabilities and enhancements throughout the software development lifecycle, particularly related to S/4 Hana supply chain transformation. The position requires collaboration with a global cross-functional team and emphasizes the importance of effective testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in testing practices and maintain a knowledge repository for the team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years in a lead position during SAP implementations in logistics execution and supply chain processes
• Minimum 7 years managing and executing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex projects
• Experience in various Supply Chain functions such as Quote to Cash and Inventory management
• Familiarity with software test automation tools and frameworks like Worksoft and Selenium
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• PMI/PMP certification preferred
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Preferred certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana

• Drive successful release of system enhancements and new functionalities from Development to Production through effective testing.
• Manage end-to-end test activities including test strategy and team coordination.
• Collaborate with the test automation team to determine the automation approach for projects.
• Create, maintain, and report testing metrics including SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop test plans and facilitate the creation of test cases and scripts.
• Coordinate smoke testing and environment planning.
• Facilitate triage calls and drive issues to resolution with business partners.
• Negotiate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and drive results.
• Continuously improve testing best practices and methods.
• Create and maintain an overall testing knowledge repository for the BPR team.
