• 2+ years of industry experience in an engineering role
• 2+ years of managing engineering programs with multiple teams
• A foundational understanding or keen interest in Generative AI concepts
• Demonstrated technical acumen for engaging in discussions with engineers
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field, or equivalent
• Ideally, one-plus years experience leading AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment
• Experience with major cloud platforms and their ML services
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and libraries
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-stakes environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
