• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including Apple platform technologies like iOS & macOS frameworks.
• 5+ years managing engineering teams that design complex software systems.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects that have had a tangible impact on the direction of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working on large multi-functional teams.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Extensive engineering experience with one or more Apple platforms - iOS, watchOS, macOS.
• Experience leading software engineering teams through change.
