Job description

The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team is seeking a program manager to drive the delivery of large-scale Machine Learning and Generative AI features within Apple Media Products. This hands-on role involves collaborating with various cross-functional partners to define product roadmaps and manage feature intake. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a proven track record of shipping complex projects. The focus will be on optimizing development processes and contributing to the overall ML/GenAI strategy for AMP.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience, including managing features through the complete software development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end Machine Learning projects.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience executing cross-functional and cross-organization project management.
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings and discussions.
  • Best-in-class communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ML and GenAI programs and features.
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent ML/GenAI features.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize feature development and execution processes.
  • Contribute to the overall ML/GenAI strategy for AMP and communicate program status to stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
