The Technology Consulting Manager role at EY focuses on driving technology-enabled transformation for Oil & Gas clients, specifically in Production Accounting. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a large multi-national organization.
- Progressive experience in consulting, industry, or a vendor environment leading delivery teams in Production Accounting modernization.
- Hands-on experience with Quorum Energy Components, ProCount, or other commercial Production Accounting applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Production Accounting workstreams within sector transformation engagements.
- Provide expert guidance on Production Accounting processes and related solutions.
- Direct and govern analysis and optimization of Energy Components data structures.
- Lead integrations between Production Accounting Applications and upstream/downstream systems.
- Oversee data migration efforts from legacy production accounting systems.
- Own the plan for regulatory reporting and pressure compensation processes.
- Provide leadership on Prior Period Adjustments, including impact analysis and documentation.
- Oversee development and delivery of role-based training for business users.
- Lead delivery governance, including milestones and quality reviews.
- Coach and review the work of consultants and senior consultants.
