• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in geothermal power plant engineering
• Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships
• Demonstrated skills in design optimization programs
• Experience with various types of geothermal power generation
• Experience in all aspects of project development and delivery

• Promote Jacobs’ North America Geothermal team capabilities among personal client networks
• Support proposal development with task descriptions and manhour estimates
• Provide advisory and design solutions for geothermal project development
• Collaborate with Technical Leadership, Operations, and Client Account Managers
• Support global geothermal engineering teams on projects requiring power plant expertise
• Mentor Jacobs power plant engineers in geothermal design nuances
