The PORT Implementation Specialist will lead the onboarding of clients to Bloomberg's PORT Enterprise, focusing on portfolio and risk management solutions. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to configure solutions and ensure successful implementations. The position involves managing project timelines, delivering client training, and supporting data validation efforts. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

• 5+ years of experience at a buy-side financial institution or in financial engineering/structuring
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and attribution workflows
• Deep knowledge of portfolio analytics across fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
• Experience working with Engineering teams on technical and data-related challenges
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience delivering client-facing training

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding for PORT Enterprise across the Americas
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to understand client workflows and configure solutions
• Manage implementation timelines and deliver client training
• Support data validation and reconciliation efforts
• Engage regularly with stakeholders throughout the implementation process
• Travel as needed to support client engagements
