The Structural Engineering Professional will be a key member of the design team, responsible for performing structural analysis and design for various projects. • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
• At least 10 years of Structural Engineering experience
• Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
• Experience with Structural Engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Perform all conventional aspects of Structural Engineering analysis and design under general supervision.
• Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the evaluation and selection of engineering techniques.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control by checking own work and that of peers.
• Manage workload effectively, meeting schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to designers and less experienced engineers.
