Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- At least 2 years of Structural Engineering experience
- Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Perform all conventional aspects of Structural Engineering analysis and design under general supervision.
- Develop engineering judgement and problem-solving skills while seeking guidance when needed.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control by checking your own work.
- Manage workload effectively and take ownership of assigned work to meet project requirements.
- Identify scope changes and escalate them to the Structural Lead when necessary.
