Job description

As a Hardware System Integrator at Apple, you will leverage your engineering expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products like the Apple Vision Pro. Your role will involve solving complex engineering challenges, selecting components, and designing schematics to enhance product features. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hardware development engineering experience in a team environment.
  • Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with schematic capture and layout review.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems with a focus on tight constraints.
  • Familiarity with CPU/SOC, power management, analog circuits, and wireless systems.

Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering expertise to solve challenging engineering problems.
  • Select components and design schematics for product development.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to realize prototypes for user testing.
  • Perform characterization of circuits using state-of-the-art test equipment.
  • Define test criteria and execute test plans on functional prototypes.
  • Work with a distributed team across multiple Apple sites.
