The Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems (WTE) team is seeking a highly qualified software test engineer to ensure quality in Wireless Communication Technologies for Apple platforms. This role focuses on Telephony, Satellite, and Cellular domains, requiring collaboration with experts to deliver top-quality products. The engineer will be responsible for developing test strategies and executing them through automation or manual testing. The position emphasizes attention to detail and a passion for innovation and quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Telephony, Cellular, or Satellite Functional or Performance Testing
- Experience in developing test strategies and executing them with automation or manual testing
- Solid understanding of existing cellular specifications and protocols
- Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ with previous automation experience required
- Knowledge of lab equipment such as cellular simulators, signal analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cutting-edge technologies with experts in the field
- Independently develop test suites, scripts, and automate campaigns
- Support development in debugging and reproducing issues
