The team focuses on developing a first-in-class digital advice platform to help clients achieve their investment goals. Engineers will work on building scalable software solutions, addressing complex engineering challenges, and collaborating with various stakeholders. • Experience leading and mentoring junior software engineers in a professional setting.
• Meaningful experience in Java, C#, Ruby on Rails, Go, Python, AWS, JavaScript, or React/Redux.
• Experience working with both nonrelational and relational databases.
• Experience with Data Pipelines and Data Warehouses, with Snowflake being a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent object-oriented or functional analysis and design skills.
• Proven communication and interpersonal ability.

• Work closely with product development, UX designers, sales, and other engineers.
• Write high quality, well-tested, and scalable code.
• Evaluate the short- and long-term implications of every implementation decision.
• Collaborate on critical system architecture decisions.
• Review and provide feedback on other developers’ code and design.
• Evaluate modern technologies and prototype innovative approaches to problems.
• Use infrastructure-as-code to build and deploy cloud-native services in AWS.
