The ETF One Delta Strats team within the ETF Trading Desk in NYC focuses on systematic trading, data, and technology for equity ETFs. This role is designed for a Developer/Engineer-heavy Strat, responsible for operational aspects of algorithms and ensuring system robustness and performance. The position offers an opportunity to impact revenue through sophisticated code development and systems optimization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience or strong interest in working with proprietary languages and cross-language integration.
- Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycles, including CI/CD and version control.
- Exceptional debugging skills and the ability to navigate complex, distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in the trading lifecycle.
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting for production trading systems.
- Design, build, and maintain the high-performance tech and data stack.
- Translate complex quantitative pricing models into robust, production-grade code.
- Develop and optimize the JSI layer for low-latency communication between systems.
