The Lead Product Security Engineer will work within the Asset and Wealth Management division to enhance the firm's cybersecurity risk posture. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure robust security controls while balancing commercial objectives. The engineer will focus on early design reviews and penetration testing to foster a proactive approach to risk management. The position is hands-on and requires strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across various business units.

• 6+ years of experience in secure architecture design, application security, and risk analysis techniques.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and using sound judgment in risk management.
• Ability to work with technical engineers and identify security gaps.
• Expert knowledge of application security best practices including OWASP and CWE.
• Hands-on software development and/or application penetration testing experience is an advantage.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Define and evaluate security solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Act as a security advisor to architects, developers, and analysts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing key controls and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and develop a small team of application security specialists.
• Drive the adoption of embedded application security controls in the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Perform secure code reviews and facilitate penetration testing.
• Assist in the implementation of security-related product features.
