• Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
• Deep understanding of web security, accessibility, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.

• Lead the architectural design and evolution of the PWM Advisor and PM Engineering front-end ecosystems.
• Drive the execution of complex, multi-quarter projects while managing technical debt.
• Mentor Associate and Analyst developers, establishing best practices for TypeScript architecture.
• Act as a primary technical liaison for senior stakeholders, translating high-level requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to transform internal platforms and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the stability of production environments and lead troubleshooting efforts for high-impact issues.
• Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic UI features into the advisor desktop experience.
