Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- 1-3 years of professional financial or accounting experience is necessary.
- Strong accounting and financial modeling skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to support a collaborative working style.
- Ability to create complex financial analyses and summarize detailed information for executive communication is needed.
- Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and meet critical deadlines is important.
- A strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial statements, metrics, and KPIs is required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence, underwriting, structuring, and closing of new investments.
- Monitor investments post-closing to ensure performance and compliance.
- Assist with evaluating potential investment opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
- Create financial models and communicate key variables and risks with the team.
- Research and analyze prospective investments, developing quantitative analyses.
- Prepare internal investment approval memoranda and presentations for senior management.
- Deliver on ad hoc business projects as directed by senior management.
- Identify and recommend process and technology improvement opportunities.
