Job description

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the firm's financial and regulatory obligations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain the firm's integrated financial reporting program.
  • Oversee the financial integrity and compliance of specific legal entities within the firm.
  • Ensure accurate financial recording and provide essential financial analysis.
  • Conduct reconciliations to verify the accuracy and reliability of accounting data.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for trading desks and investment products.
  • Manage daily Profit & Loss (P&L) and conduct independent valuations.
