Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and submission of periodic reports to regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the financial integrity and compliance of specific legal entities within the firm.
- Manage accounting functions and ensure adherence to local accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of accounting data through reconciliations.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for trading desks and investment products.
- Manage daily Profit & Loss (P&L) and conduct independent valuations.
- Support risk management and provide performance insights for strategic decision-making.
