• 5+ years of experience working with databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS Aurora, RDS Oracle, or ElastiCache.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both written and orally.

• Help define, communicate, and promote database engineering best practices for public cloud application deployment.
• Automate the provisioning of database, caching, and related operational tooling using Terraform.
• Design and develop central Terraform modules to simplify the adoption of standard database patterns.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
• Apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions.
