Join Rivian’s Cockpit and Trim team within Interior Engineering, where you will contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable automotive solutions. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in instrument panel design
• Strong understanding of engineering first principles for effective problem identification and resolution
• Working knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, NCAP and other automotive evaluation and regulatory standards
• Understanding of various interior manufacturing processes, including injection molding and blow molding
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical information
• Strong capability in Catia V6, including sketcher, GSD and part workbenches
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support vehicle launch activities
