Job description

Arcadis is seeking a TSMO Project Manager to join the Mobility Team, focusing on delivering data-driven and technology-focused transportation programs. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, customer success, and high-quality outcomes while supporting traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure initiatives. The TSMO Project Manager will provide project leadership, technical expertise, and troubleshooting for complex deployments. This position is part of the Global Mobility Business Area, which aims to design connected and sustainable solutions for modern mobility challenges.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar field preferred
  • Must possess a U.S. Driver’s License
  • Experience in operational and/or safety analysis

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a delivery leader for data-driven programs with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and customer success.
  • Provide program-level leadership and support across traffic signal systems, ITS, broadband, and digital infrastructure initiatives.
  • Lead and support ad-hoc troubleshooting for complex technology deployments across varied operating environments.
  • Ensure technical and financial rigor throughout the project lifecycle by providing QA/QC oversight for data integration services and technology deliverables.
  • Act as a task lead and project manager for select initiatives, overseeing schedules, budgets, team coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in traffic signal systems and ITS design, deployment, and operations.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in delivery practices and strengthening quality control processes.
