The Sr. Operations Engineer will lead process standardization and manage documentation within the Sub-Same Day Engineering team. This role focuses on providing transparent support to internal customers and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requests based on data-driven analysis and strategic business directives. The position requires effective communication and collaboration across various engineering verticals to drive organizational impact.

• 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects experience
• 5+ years of Reliability Program Manager experience
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology
• Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools

• Create and maintain standard processes and documentation
• Lead meetings, ensuring the team is tracking to their deliverables
• Provide insight and identify risks for business decisions
• Establish and maintain scalable program management practices that balance efficiency with appropriate oversight
• Create and implement Strategic Programs mental model, framework, and charter for the organization
• Gate-keep all internal and external requests and support the team in prioritizing the requests that are taken on
• Report project status updates to the SSD & NASC Engineering Director and cross-functional leadership
• Synthesize complex information for executive-level reviews while maintaining clear communication channels
