The Software Development Engineer role within the Analytics ADC team focuses on delivering AWS Analytics cloud services in isolated, air-gapped environments. The team is dedicated to innovation and modernization, leveraging cloud computing and data technologies to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with government customers, addressing their specific needs while driving technical solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in Linux, networking, and software development, along with a passion for problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and operate AWS Analytics services for customers.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve contentious issues and foster dialogue.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues to improve customer experience.
- Facilitate deep-dive troubleshooting and technical post-mortem discussions.
- Build and deploy solutions across thousands of devices.
