The Senior Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives within Apple's Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering team, focusing on Supply Chain and Retail Fulfillment Operations. • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology, or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level.
• Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics.
• Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Understanding of SAP, SAP Retail, or Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
