As a Pixel IP DMA Design Engineer in Apple's Hardware Technologies group, you will play a crucial role in the design of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chips (SoCs). Your work will focus on building DMA engines that facilitate the movement of large data sets within the Pixel IP Engine. This position requires collaboration with architecture, design, and verification teams to ensure the functionality and performance of the designs. You will contribute to creating technology that enhances user experiences across Apple products.

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in multimedia IP/SoC front-end ASIC RTL design.
• Strong collaboration skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working multi-functionally with architecture, design, and verification teams.
• Previous experience designing dedicated DMA engines, particularly for machine learning applications.
• Good understanding of arbitration, address translation, caching, and on-chip interconnects.
• Familiarity with common on-chip bus protocols such as AMBA (AXI, AHB, APB).
• Experience in front-end implementation tasks including synthesis and power analysis.
