• 10+ years of software or data engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data platforms or enterprise software systems in a production environment.
• Strong software and data engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tooling, LLM integration, or AI prototyping.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, or campaign management systems at scale.
• Experience with large-scale analytics platforms, ETL pipelines, and modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake or Spark.
• Deep understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in data systems.
• Experience building or scaling forward-deployed or embedded engineering teams.
