• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, materials engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Failure Analysis techniques including Optical Microscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy.
• Ability to create clear and concise presentations using tools like Keynote and Excel.
• Capability to travel internationally without restriction.
• M.S. or PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Statistical experience with tools such as Weibull or JMP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Confidence in presenting test results to cross-functional teams.
