The Senior Software Engineer for the AI Assistant at Bloomberg Law will play a crucial role in transforming user engagement with legal products through innovative AI-driven workflows. The Core Experience team focuses on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences across various platforms. This position involves working with modern technologies and contributing to both frontend and backend systems. The engineer will take ownership of features from implementation to production support, collaborating closely with product managers and designers.

• 5+ years of working experience in Java, Python, C++, or any other object-oriented language.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Great collaboration skills in a team environment, and a willingness to help and receive help from others.
