This role involves developing tools and libraries for modeling and simulating next-generation chip architectures at NVIDIA. You will support architecture and engineering teams, helping them build efficient hardware models. Your expertise in SystemC, C++, and architecture will be crucial in solving complex modeling problems. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the field.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and C, with a solid understanding of build systems, toolchains, and libraries.
- Proven background in Computer Architecture with experience in modeling using SystemC and Transaction Level Modelling.
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.
- Ability to communicate clearly and constructively within a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop the tools, libraries, and environments to model and simulate next-generation chip architectures.
- Support the architecture and engineering teams by enabling them to build their models on top of this advanced environment.
- Implement solutions to complex modeling problems using expertise in SystemC, C++, and architecture.
- Guide and influence teams that model GPU features to build efficient hardware models.
- Document, develop, and build tools to analyze, simulate, validate, and verify models with precision.
