NVIDIA is seeking a skilled engineer to design and implement OpenBMC Firmware for GPU Server platforms, focusing primarily on Arm architecture. • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in BMC Firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms.
• Expertise in board bring-up and device drivers like I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, and SMBus.
• Experience with OOB or In-band System Management and exposure to standards like IPMI and DMTF.
• Strong programming and scripting skills using C/C++, Bash, Python, and Go.

• Design and implement OpenBMC Firmware for GPU Server platforms.
• Conduct performance analysis and develop manageability features for NVIDIA's server platforms.
• Write and review design documents and QA test plans.
• Design solutions for errors, stats, and configuration for various components.
• Develop performance optimized active monitoring BMC solutions using DMTF Standards.
• Instrument code for maximum coverage and automate unit tests for each module.
• Provide software quality reports based on static analysis and code coverage.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure code aligns with product security goals.
