Job description

The role supports the Head of Technology Training at Blackstone, focusing on the deployment, adoption, and engagement of technology and applications across the firm. The individual will develop comprehensive training plans and strategies to enhance employee proficiency in technology. This position requires innovative thinking to tailor training approaches for various personas and organizational needs. The goal is to ensure effective learning experiences that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a product/technology training role, preferably in technology or financial services.
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 tools, and video creation tools to create tutorials.
  • Adept in change management in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, resolving issues, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience prioritizing and effectively managing time to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Data-driven mentality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Technology Training in delivering a cohesive, global technology training strategy.
  • Assist in defining and implementing innovative training delivery methods, platforms, and tools.
  • Partner with product owners to understand application functionality and workflows.
  • Contribute to the design, execution, and continuous refinement of a product and feature rollout framework.
  • Support the training portfolio, including application onboarding, live sessions, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify appropriate training approaches.
  • Support the development and execution of measurement and feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness.
