The Global Software Product Owner at Blackstone will manage and develop a strategic plan for the firm's physical security platforms. This role requires extensive expertise in global SaaS and third-party software platforms, particularly in enterprise security technologies. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that mitigate risks and enhance decision-making through unified data. The position is based in New York and is part of the Enterprise Technology Team, which focuses on ensuring a safe and secure environment for the firm.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering global enterprise software platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing backlogs, writing user stories, and shipping features with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven experience leading systems integrations to deliver unified dashboards or 'singular pane of glass' experiences.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, event-driven integrations, authentication/authorization, and data governance considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including for executive-level briefings.

• Own and evolve the product vision for physical security platforms, aligning it with business outcomes and user experience.
• Translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using data-driven frameworks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Physical Security leadership, site operations, IT/Network, Compliance, and vendor partners.
• Guide integration efforts to consolidate data and workflows across various security platforms.
• Collaborate on high-availability design, disaster recovery planning, and continuity runbooks.
